PURPLE MOON MOMENTS

Healing isn’t fixing. It’s learning your worth.

Check out our newest book!

Moonlight Missions: Healing Isn’t Fixing – It’s Learning Your Worth is a guided journal for people who feel everything deeply and often struggle to keep it all inside. It walks you through life’s challenges such as emotional dysregulation, impulsiveness and self-sabotage, inattention and disconnection, self-worth, boundaries, and loving yourself not as diagnoses, but as very human experiences.

This is not a “how-to-heal” guide or a workbook full of steps to fix yourself. Rather, it is a companion to help you reflect on your own experiences and find your own voice. Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about learning your worth.

Hi, my name is Kim and I am “that girl”.

You know the one – talks too much, feels too big, misses the mark, overthinks everything, and gets labeled. (Hi, ADHD! Hello, Anxiety! There you are, Trauma!) The one who constantly worries about what others think and tries too hard. The one who feels like they have to prove themselves over and over again to feel valued. It wasn’t until recently that I finally realized what I really need to do is just love myself and understand my worth. So began my journey of healing, as well as the birth of Purple Moon Moments. I created this space for people like me: the ones who feel different, who’ve been called too sensitive, too slow, too intense, too emotional…yet still keep showing up with big hearts and good intentions. If you’ve ever walked out of a room thinking, “Did I make it weird again?” Yeah. You’re my people. And you’re exactly who this is for. Even if that isn’t you – don’t worry. If you’re human, you’ll probably find something here that helps you breathe a little deeper.

Why Purple Moon Moments?

Purple has always been my favorite color – calming yet uplifting, rich, and a little bit magical. It reminds me of those in-between moments: early mornings, late evenings, the quiet edges of the day where everything feels still but full of possibility. And the moon? That’s where I go to reset. Maybe it’s because I was born under a full moon, but the night sky has always been my calm place where I get lost in thought, find peace, and reconnect with myself.

Purple Moon Moments isn’t about perfection, performance, or pretending to have it all together. It’s about creating space for reflection, rebuilding, and reclaiming who you are. It’s for people of all backgrounds, all sizes, all ages, and all stories. It’s where healing doesn’t have to mean fixing. It’s about learning your worth.
